So, that's black November over with, I can't beleive it's December already and I'm into my final month of this project, it's gone so fast!

Here's the composite mosaic of all of the black pictures I took in November, it started off very easily and then became hard work, I think, in part to the early dark nights which stopped me snapping outside. But it's done and here's what I shot:

Here are all of the photos I took in October. It was a mixed month as usual with some pictures I really like (Miso the new kitten in our lives is one of these! as well as some from the Isle of Wight) as well as some pretty lame ones - my blurry horrible Timberland shoe detail wins the prize for the worst of the month without a doubt!

Onwards and upwards to a black November - I can't decide yet whether to make it a black and white (ie monochrome) month rather than simply photographing things which are black, it might make it more interesting.

I call this chap 'Happy Clappy' he was a Christmas present years ago - a flat pack kit which is about as far as my woodworking skills go! There's a winding handle at the back and he claps his hands in an amusing fashion while his mouth moves up and down. The last of my brown October pictures.

Septetember was hard work! I love purple and would so far as to say it's my favourite colour, but I have gone off it a bit after this month! A week in Crete was very hard work and I managed to get two aeroplane headrests, one on the way out, one on the way home, some fabulously purple yoga bricks which rather irritatingly came out blue, the one picture I shot on my real camera rather than my phone was the best, the lovely bougainvillea flowers, some of my possessions (a cotton Etsy bag and my beach towel!) also rather desperately the end of a broom handle and missed one day all together.....

I think that a brown October will be significantly easier!
